When you register for a Company account, we collect some PII, which may include your full name, company name, email address, telephone number, and street address. Due to escalating cybersecurity threats worldwide, the Company discourages you from providing confidential information of any nature beyond that minimally required to conduct business ethically and lawfully, and you accept all responsibility and liability for any losses or damages by providing confidential information beyond those limits. If you connect your third party social media account to your Lately account, we may collect certain information stored in your social media account such as:

  • Facebook: Lately may allow you to connect a Facebook page or profile to your Lately account, in which case we will access certain information from Facebook regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile image, display name, username / page ID or profile ID, access tokens, sent posts. This includes the content of your post and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by Lately to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.
  • Twitter: Lately may allow you to connect a Twitter profile to your Lately account, in which case we will access certain information from Twitter regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile image, display name, username / profile ID, access tokens, and sent posts. This includes the content of your post and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, retweets, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by Lately to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.
  • Instagram: Lately may allow you to connect an Instagram profile to your Lately account, in which case we will access certain information from Instagram regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile image, display name, username / profile ID, access tokens, and sent posts. This includes the content of your post and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by Lately to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.
  • Pinterest: Lately may allow you to connect a Pinterest page or profile to your Lately account, in which case we will access certain information from Pinterest regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile image, display name, username / profile ID, access tokens, sent posts, and profile boards. This includes the content of your post and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, re-shares, re-pins, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by Lately to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.
  • LinkedIn: Lately may allow you to connect a LinkedIn profile to your Lately account, in which case we will access certain information from LinkedIn regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile image, display name, username / profile ID, access tokens, and sent posts. This includes the content of your post and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by Lately to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.
  • Google+: Lately may allow you to connect a Google+ page or profile to your Lately account, in which case we will access certain information from Google regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile image, display name, username / profile ID, access tokens, and sent posts. This includes the content of your post and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by Lately to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.
  • YouTube: Lately's API Client uses YouTube API Services. Lately may allow you to connect an YouTube account to your Lately account, in which case we will access certain information from YouTube regarding your account. To manage Lately's access to your data, you can visit https://myaccount.google.com/security?pli=1 to revoke Lately's API access to your data.

PROTECTING CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

This Site is neither designed nor intended to be attractive to use by children or other under-age individuals (“Minors”), or by individuals who must rely on others to make their life decisions . We do not knowingly collect PII from Minors or such other individuals, but we may collect information about Minors or such other individuals from their parents or legal guardians.
